The design brief focused on an eco-friendly, nature-inspired fit-out featuring sustainable furniture, acoustically enhanced spaces, and inviting breakout areas. The goal was to build a workspace that supported staff well-being, collaboration, and environmental performance.

Design Strategy
Sustainable, Low-Impact Materials
Every element was chosen for minimal environmental impact. FSC-certified timber, recycled fabric upholstery, low-VOC finishes, and repairable components formed the backbone of this eco-friendly office fit-out in Ringwood, Hampshire. Local suppliers were prioritized where possible to reduce transportation emissions.
Biophilic & Nature-Led Design
Drawing inspiration from the surrounding New Forest landscapes near Ringwood, the office features natural textures, soft earth tones, timber detailing, and abundant planting. The biophilic aesthetic enhances calm, focus, and connection to nature inside the workplace.

Open-Plan Workspace with Acoustic Hanging Panels
The central workspace is designed for collaboration, supported by acoustic hanging panels that absorb sound while maintaining visual openness. Natural-finish desks, ergonomic eco-certified chairs, and soft-toned materials reflect a calm and harmonious work environment.
Nature-Inspired Breakout Areas
Scattered throughout the floor design, breakout spaces encourage relaxation, informal meetings, and creative thinking. Comfy seating, timber coffee tables, and natural textures echo the peaceful greenery areas surrounding Hampshire.
Acoustic Meeting Rooms with Wooden-Leg Chairs
Meeting rooms were engineered for both comfort and clarity.
