Draughtsman chairs have a very specific purpose than regular office chairs. Working at a counter, in a factory, lab or as a draughtsman is very different from normal desk work. Draughtsmans’ chairs are designed for moving in mind. They’re designed to be adjustable to high benches and bars at approx. 900mm from the floor, and to desks alike. With wheels, glides and castors at their bases, they make moving around from bench to desk even easier. Foot rings at their bases also help with balance and comfort.
