The Brief
Transparity is a leading Microsoft partner that specialises in technological support and cyber security. Transparity has been a BT Office client for many years. They have often sourced traditional office desks, office chairs and storage. They have recently cultivated a new ‘hub’, located in the Arena Business Centre in Winnersh. They wanted something modern, with a fresh yet calming environment. As we have successfully met their briefs in the past, Transparity approached us to complete their office furniture fit out.

Transparity’s hub serves as an event venue, meeting space and collaborative workspace for staff and clients. Their hub needed to serve a range of purposes, so it was crucial that the collaborative office furniture reflected this. The workspace consists of bench desks with desktop power & USB charging. They also opted for high benches with stools, including tabletop power & charging facilities. At BT Office, we have a range of desks for businesses to suit any workspace.

Collaborative Office Furniture
We included low lounge ‘pebble’ style modular stools, with occasional laptop tables. This added a modern edge to a professional environment. It also offers an additional breakout area for staff and clients.

Transparity now has the option to hold meetings informally in the sofa/lounge areas. Our meeting room office furniture creates a welcoming and comfortable environment whilst providing the practicality needed for meetings. For a more formal setting, there are two fully equipped meeting rooms available.
Office Soft SeatingConference Rooms
Larger meetings can take place in the boardroom. This space can function as an additional workspace with integrated power and charging. Our boardroom tables are available in a range of styles and finishes to suit any aesthetic.
Meeting & Boardroom FurnitureOffice Media Wall
We built the main office Media Wall System in-house with storage space. The design matches the furniture and enhances the overall aesthetic. Our media walls are custom-built pieces that incorporate televisions and hold office equipment.

For this project, we first developed 3D renders. These helped the design process from specification through to installation and completion of the office furniture fit out. Transparity staff are now working in their hub and enjoying the collaborative office furniture. This innovative approach has enhanced interaction with colleagues and clients within the hub.
